Engineers everywhere struggle with many of the same issues: ever-growing to do lists, endless meetings, and bloated email inboxes.
It can feel impossible to get on top of things and get things under control without putting overtime in every week.
Luckily, it doesn't have to be this way. You can get control of your work. All it takes is a system.
The Productivity Pyramid is a proprietary productivity framework. The framework balances the three key elements of productivity: effectiveness, efficiency and systems.
Effectiveness is all about doing the right things. If you're not working on what's important, then it doesn't matter how well you do them. Effort against tasks that don't bring you closer to your goals is effort wasted, which kills productivity.
Efficiency is about doing things right. It's about getting the job done with the minimum required time and energy.
Being effective and efficient over the long run is hard to do. That's why you need habits and systems in place to ensure continued success. Real productivity gains are realized over the long run.
Over more than a decade, I've worked on some of the world's most complex engineering projects - from automated rail systems to warships. If there's one thing I've learned through that time, it's that it can be incredibly hard to stay on top of things - but it is possible.
Since 2012, I've made it my personal mission to help engineers become their best selves and do incredible work. Through my Engineering & Leadership blog and podcast, speaking, coaching , and training, I've helped thousands of engineers around the world and in every industry to succeed.
With the Productivity Pyramid coaching course, I share my very own system for maximizing productivity in the face of constant distraction. It's a complete brain dump of everything I've learned over my career based on deliberate education, training, and good ol' experience.
Hope to see you inside!

AS FEATURED IN
The Productivity Pyramid group coaching course will be delivered over four weekly live webinars. That means you get the opportunity to interact with and learn from other professional engineers and have your questions answered.
In the first week, I explain the Productivity Pyramid and it's elements in detail: effectiveness, efficiency, and systems. This will be used as the framework through which everything else in the course will be based.
In Week 2, we go deep on the first element on the productivity pyramid: effectiveness. We'll start with goal setting and an approach to managing your task list so that you always know what you should be working on.
In Week 3, we look at efficiency - the ability to do things with as little time and energy as is necessary. We'll apply the principles to common tasks like email, meetings, and report writing. We'll also address managing your environment (e.g. home or office) to reduce distraction and promote focus.
In Week 4, we'll talk about how you can systematize your work and develop productive, healthy habits to ensure your maintain both effectiveness and efficiency in the long run.
When you enrol in The Productivity Pyramid, you get more than just the webinars.
Transcripts will be developed after each webinar to capture the lesson and make it easy to search for things later on.
Recordings of each webinar will be made available to view whenever you like.
Whenever a worksheet or template can be used to facilitate putting the material into practice, you'll get a copy.
I know that investing in a course can be tough, but because I believe so much in the material, I'm including a 110% money-back guarantee.

What if I can't make a class?
No worries. A replay of the webinar will be sent out after each class, so you won't miss the material. That said, you can definitely expect to get more out of the course the more you participate.
When will the webinars be held?
The webinars will be held on Wednesday nights starting on October 7, 2020. That said, I'll confirm optimal timing with the class once everyone is signed up to make it as easy as possible for people to participate.

Nope! Anyone can join from anywhere.
